Founder / Chef

Chef Mirella Khalifeh is a Beirut-based chef and culinary instructor who transitioned “from corporate to culinary,” building a community cooking studio and a teaching career around approachable, hands-on food.

After formal training at Le Cordon Bleu—where she completed the Diplôme de Cuisine—Mirella began teaching and running public workshops, with a focus on Lebanese-Mediterranean staples, international comfort cooking, and pastry basics.

In April 2023 she launched Well Done Society, a community cooking studio now based on Rabieh Main Road, offering small-group classes for adults and kids, themed birthdays, private dining, and corporate team-building events.

Today, Mirella leads workshops that emphasize technique, confidence, and celebration—bringing people together around the table and turning first-time cooks into enthusiastic home chefs.
